I’m Jen! I have been a licensed Colorado Aesthetician since 2011. As a Colorado native, I have resided in Castle Rock for over 10 years and I am thoroughly versed in treating the skin in our arid, high elevation climate. “The skin is our largest organ-professional skin care is not a luxury, it is health care.” FAQs: “Jen, why are you so focused on acne?” Acne is my passion, partially due to being a sufferer myself, but mainly because of the self confidence I’ve seen soar when a client’s skin begins to clear. This led me to becoming a Level 2 Acne Expert, furthering my education and understanding of acne and diving even deeper into the science of the Clear Skin Method. “Jen, what is The Clear Skin Method?” The Face Reality Clear Skin Method is a program for the treatment of acne-a medication alternative, if you will. It utilizes breakthrough science through proven bi-weekly treatments and thorough home care regimens at amazingly affordable prices. I have years of practical experience and hold many Advanced Certifications including Lasers, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplane, Microdermabrasion, and Neurotoxin Injectables. “Jen, why did you venture out on your own?” Working in the medical esthetics industry I have experienced the inexcusably high cost of my services become outside of my client’s ability to obtain them financially. I have opened Jen Rio Advanced Esthetics at minimal overhead so that I am able provide my services at a reasonable price to the people that need them. “Jen, what is Celluma LED Light Therapy?” Originally researched and developed by NASA and also known as photobiomodulation, it is the application of light energy to obtain therapeutic benefits. It produces a reaction similar to plant photosynthesis. Treatments are non-invasive with no downtime and can help skin, muscle, and joint pain conditions. CANCELLATION POLICY
Here at Jen Rio Advanced Esthetics we understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide an adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees can be paid online or over the phone before booking a new appointment. For an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee percentage of 20% based on the price of service(s) booked, can be charged. This fee covers the time reserved for the esthetician as well as the impact on scheduling. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must do within 24 hours of their original appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. A no-show occurs when a client misses their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice. After three no-show appointments, clients will be required to prepay for future appointments. We understand that circumstances do arise that may cause you to miss your appointment without any prior communication. No-shows can be subject to payment of 100% of the reserved service amount.
